Terms of Service
1. Bookings and Quotes
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come basis. Quotes list labor, parts, and IVA. Prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Payments
Payment is due on collection. We accept card, bank transfer, and cash. Business invoices include our Spanish tax ID.
- Deposits may be requested for special-order parts or extended diagnostics.
- Vehicles may be released only after full settlement (unless a written installment agreement exists).
- Unpaid invoices may incur reasonable recovery costs as permitted by law.
3. Warranty
Most repairs carry a 2-year/24,000 km warranty. Misuse or modifications may void coverage.
- Warranty covers the repaired component(s) and associated labor when a defect is confirmed.
- Normal wear items (e.g., wiper blades, bulbs, tires, brake pads/discs depending on use) are excluded unless explicitly stated.
- Warranty service must be performed by us or pre-approved in writing if you are outside the area.
4. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing faults or unrelated failures. We safeguard your vehicle and belongings on our premises.
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle unless declared at drop-off and recorded.
- Test drives may be required to diagnose issues and verify repairs; we perform these with due care.
- Any limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law and does not affect statutory consumer rights.
5. Parts
OEM-grade or better parts used. Customer-supplied parts are accepted at our discretion without warranty.
- Removed parts may be returned on request at drop-off; otherwise they may be disposed of responsibly.
- Special-order parts may be non-returnable; if so, this will be stated in the quote.
6. Storage and Abandoned Vehicles
Once repairs are completed (or work is paused awaiting your decision), we will notify you. Vehicles not collected within a reasonable time may incur storage charges, and abandoned vehicles may be handled in accordance with applicable Spanish regulations.
7. Cancellations and Delays
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Delays caused by parts availability, hidden damage, or additional faults may affect completion time; we will seek approval before proceeding with additional work where required.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to approve work on the vehicle and that the vehicle is safe to move unless you disclose known risks. Please provide accurate symptoms, prior repair history, and any warning lights observed.
- Please remove valuables and personal documents before drop-off.
- Bring wheel lock keys, service book (if relevant), and any security codes where applicable.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Where permitted, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the region where the service is provided, without prejudice to consumer protections.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version and applies to services booked after its publication date.
